Article R2152-15 of the French Labour Code

The declaration of candidacy of a professional employers’ organisation wishing to have its representativeness established at national and multi-professional level pursuant to article L. 2152-2 must be accompanied by:

1° A copy of its articles of association and of the receipt for filing them;
2° The information and documents proving that it meets the criteria mentioned in 2°, 3° and 5° of article L. 2151-1 and in 4° of article L. 2152-2;
3° A list of its member organisations;
4° The rules on membership fees laid down by its competent body and, where applicable, by the competent body of its statutory territorial structures.

Article R2152-15

Sont joints à la déclaration de candidature d’une organisation professionnelle d’employeurs souhaitant voir établie sa représentativité au niveau national et multi-professionnel en application de l’article L. 2152-2 :

1° Une copie de ses statuts ainsi que du récépissé de dépôt de ceux-ci ;
2° Les éléments et documents permettant de justifier qu’elle satisfait aux critères mentionnés aux 2°, 3° et 5° de l’article L. 2151-1 ainsi qu’au 4° de l’article L. 2152-2 ;
3° La liste de ses organisations adhérentes ;
4° Les règles en matière de cotisations fixées par son organe compétent et, le cas échéant, par l’organe compétent de ses structures territoriales statutaires.
