Article R2162-64 of the French Public procurement code

During each phase of an electronic auction the purchaser shall instantaneously communicate to all tenderers information enabling them to ascertain their respective rankings at any time. It may also announce the number of participants in that phase of the auction and communicate, if the solicitation documents so provide, the prices or values submitted by the other tenderers. However, it may not under any circumstances disclose the identity of the tenderers.

Au cours de chaque phase de l’enchère électronique, l’acheteur communique instantanément à tous les soumissionnaires les informations leur permettant de connaître à tout moment leur classement respectif. Il peut également annoncer le nombre de participants à la phase de l’enchère et communiquer, si les documents de la consultation le prévoient, les prix ou valeurs présentés par les autres soumissionnaires. Cependant, il ne peut en aucun cas divulguer l’identité des soumissionnaires.
