The contracting entity shall retain the justification for decisions relating to the qualification, selection of economic operators and award of contracts and dynamic purchasing systems meeting a need whose value is equal to or greater than the European thresholds set out in a notice annexed to this Code.

L’entité adjudicatrice conserve la justification des décisions relatives à la qualification, à la sélection des opérateurs économiques et à l’attribution des marchés et des systèmes d’acquisition dynamiques répondant à un besoin dont la valeur est égale ou supérieure aux seuils européens figurant dans un avis annexé au présent code.
