The frequency of advance payments is set at a maximum of three months.
When the contract holder is a small or medium-sized enterprise or a craftsman within the meaning of article R. 2151-13, a cooperative production company, an agricultural producers’ group, a craftsmen’s cooperative company, an artists’ cooperative company or an adapted company, this period is reduced to one month for works contracts and, at the request of the contract holder, for supply and service contracts.

La périodicité du versement des acomptes est fixée au maximum à trois mois.
Lorsque le titulaire du marché est une petite ou moyenne entreprise ou un artisan au sens de l’article R. 2151-13, une société coopérative de production, un groupement de producteurs agricoles, une société coopérative d’artisans, une société coopérative d’artistes ou une entreprise adaptée, ce délai est ramené à un mois pour les marchés de travaux, et, sur demande du titulaire du marché, pour les marchés de fournitures et de services.
