Article R22-10-32 of the French Commercial code

For the purposes of the first paragraph of Article L. 22-10-52, the price shall be at least equal to the weighted average of the prices on the last three trading days prior to the start of the public offer within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017, possibly reduced by a maximum discount of 10%.

Pour l’application du premier alinéa de l’article L. 22-10-52, le prix est au moins égal à la moyenne pondérée des cours des trois dernières séances de bourse précédant le début de l’offre au public au sens du règlement (UE) n° 2017/1129 du 14 juin 2017, éventuellement diminuée d’une décote maximale de 10 %.
