Article R2200-1 of the French Public procurement code

Subject to the provisions of Book V of this Part, the partnership contracts defined in Article L. 1112-1 are governed by the provisions of Book I with the exception of :
1° The provisions of sub-section 3 of section 1 of chapter I of title VII relating to the provisions common to global contracts involving design services for a building structure;
2° The provisions of sections 2 and 3 of chapter II of title I relating to the duration and price of the public contract;
3° The provisions of section 2 of chapter III of title I relating to allotment;
4° The provisions of chapters I and III of title IX relating to financial arrangements and sub-contracting.

Article R2200-1

Sous réserve des dispositions du livre V de la présente partie, les marchés de partenariat définis à l’article L. 1112-1 sont régis par les dispositions du livre Ier à l’exception :
1° Des dispositions de la sous-section 3 de la section 1 du chapitre Ier du titre VII relatives aux dispositions communes aux marchés globaux comportant des prestations de conception d’un ouvrage de bâtiment ;
2° Des dispositions des sections 2 et 3 du chapitre II du titre Ier relatives à la durée et au prix du marché public ;
3° Des dispositions de la section 2 du chapitre III du titre Ier relatives à l’allotissement ;
4° Des dispositions des chapitres I et III du titre IX relatives au régime financier et à la sous-traitance.
