Article R221-58 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

On pain of nullity, the seizure report shall be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of article R. 221-16, with the exception, however, of the particulars set out in 2° of this article, which are replaced by a description of the land on which the crops are located, with its size, location and an indication of the nature of the fruit.

A peine de nullité, le procès-verbal de saisie est établi conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 221-16, à l’exception toutefois des mentions qui figurent au 2° de cet article, lesquelles sont remplacées par la description du terrain où sont situées les récoltes, avec sa contenance, sa situation et l’indication de la nature des fruits.
