Failure by the holder to comply with the conditions set for opening the Livret Jeune will result in the closure of the account. In this case, the custodian institution or organisation will apply the provisions of the second paragraph of article R. 221-79.

La méconnaissance, par le titulaire, des conditions fixées à l’ouverture de son livret jeune entraîne la clôture du livret. Dans ce cas, l’établissement ou l’organisme dépositaire applique les dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 221-79.
