Article R2212-4 of the French Public Health Code

The public establishments defined in articles L. 6132-1, L. 6132-2, L. 6141-1, L. 6141-2 and L. 6147-3 which have beds or places authorised for gynaecology-obstetrics or surgery may not refuse to carry out voluntary terminations of pregnancy.
