Article R2212-7 of the French Public Health Code

Public establishments which perform voluntary interruptions of pregnancy include an approved family planning or education centre or enter into an agreement so that this centre carries out, in the establishment, the activities defined by articles R. 2311-7 to R. 2311-18.

Private establishments which carry out voluntary terminations of pregnancy enter into an agreement with an approved family planning or education centre so that this centre can carry out the activities defined by articles R. 2311-7 to R. 2311-18.
