Article R222-25 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

Where the person who has carried out a seizure and sale has an enforcement order prescribing the delivery or restitution of the seized property, the procedure shall be as set out in Articles R. 222-2 to R. 222-10, subject to the provisions of the second and third paragraphs of Article R. 222-16.

Article R222-25

Lorsque la personne qui a pratiqué une saisie-revendication dispose d’un titre exécutoire prescrivant la délivrance ou la restitution du bien saisi, il est procédé comme il est dit aux articles R. 222-2 à R. 222-10, sous réserve, dans le cas où le titre exécutoire résulte d’une injonction du juge, des dispositions des deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article R. 222-16.
