The administrative authority shall provide the court commissioner who so requests with the details entered in the register provided for in Article 1 of Decree no. 2023-97 of 14 February 2023 relating to the registration of a pledge over a registered land motor vehicle or trailer, as well as any information relating to the debtor’s rights over this vehicle.
L’autorité administrative communique au commissaire de justice qui en fait la demande les mentions portées sur le registre prévu à l’article 1er du décret n° 2023-97 du 14 février 2023 relatif à l’inscription du gage portant sur un véhicule terrestre à moteur ou une remorque immatriculés ainsi que tous renseignements relatifs aux droits du débiteur sur ce véhicule.
