Article R223-2 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The declaration of seizure provided for in article L. 223-1 shall contain the following information, failing which it shall be null and void:

1° The name and address of the debtor or, in the case of a legal entity, its name and registered office;

2° The registration number and make of the vehicle seized;

3° A reference to the enforcement order relied upon by the creditor.

This declaration is served on the administrative authority referred to in article L. 223-1.

Article R223-2

La déclaration valant saisie prévue à l’article L. 223-1 contient à peine de nullité :

1° Les nom et adresse du débiteur ou, s’il s’agit d’une personne morale, sa dénomination et son siège social ;

2° Le numéro d’immatriculation et la marque du véhicule saisi ;

3° La mention du titre exécutoire dont se prévaut le créancier.

Cette déclaration est signifiée à l’autorité administrative mentionnée à l’article L. 223-1.
