Article R223-29 of the French Commercial code

The manager shall reply in writing within one month to questions put to him pursuant to article L. 223-36. Within the same timeframe, it sends a copy of the question and its answer to the statutory auditor.

Le gérant répond par écrit dans le délai d’un mois aux questions qui lui sont posées en application de l’article L. 223-36. Dans le même délai, il transmet copie de la question et de sa réponse au commissaire aux comptes.
