1° The procedures for sending the text of the agreement to the employees;

2° The place, date and time of the consultation;

3° The organisation and conduct of the consultation;

4° The text of the question relating to the approval of the agreement submitted for employee consultation.

L’employeur définit les modalités d’organisation de la consultation, qui incluent :

2° Le lieu, la date et l’heure de la consultation ;
