Article R2232-13 of the French Labour Code

Disputes relating to the list of employees to be consulted and to the regularity of the consultation shall fall within the jurisdiction of the judicial court, which shall have final jurisdiction. They must be lodged within the deadlines set out in article R. 2324-24. The decision may be appealed to the Supreme Court.

Les contestations relatives à la liste des salariés devant être consultés et à la régularité de la consultation sont de la compétence du tribunal judiciaire qui statue en dernier ressort. Elles sont introduites dans les délais prévus à l’article R. 2324-24. La décision est susceptible d’un pourvoi en cassation.
