The obligation set out in article L. 224-109 is not applicable when parts from the circular economy are not available within the timeframe compatible with the date or timeframe for the provision of the maintenance or repair service determined under the conditions provided for in Article L. 216-1.

L’obligation prévue par l’article L. 224-109 n’est pas applicable lorsque les pièces issues de l’économie circulaire ne sont pas disponibles dans le délai compatible avec la date ou le délai de la fourniture de la prestation d’entretien ou de réparation déterminé dans les conditions prévues par l’article L. 216-1.
