Article R2271-1 of the French Labour Code

At the time of the annual review provided for in 8° of article L. 2271-1, the National Commission for Collective Bargaining, Employment and Vocational Training draws up an assessment of the application of the measures designed to eliminate pay differentials between women and men provided for in 2° of article L. 2241-1 and article L. 2241-17.

Lors de l’examen annuel prévu au 8° de l’article L. 2271-1, la Commission nationale de la négociation collective, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle établit le bilan de l’application des mesures tendant à supprimer les écarts de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes prévues au 2° de l’article L. 2241-1 et à l’article L. 2241-17.
