I. – The National Commission may be assisted in an advisory capacity by representatives of the ministerial departments concerned.
II. – Employers’ representatives appointed by order of the Minister of Labour attend the National Commission, without the right to vote, as follows:
1° A representative of the agricultural professions, nominated by the Fédération nationale des syndicats d’exploitants agricoles (FNSEA);
2° A representative of employers in the social economy, nominated by the Union des employeurs de l’économie sociale et solidaire (UDES);
3° A representative of the Fédération des entreprises du spectacle vivant, de la musique, de l’audiovisuel et du cinéma (FESAC).
III. – When the National Commission is consulted on draft laws, ordinances and decrees relating to employment, vocational guidance and training, representatives of trade union organisations representing employees interested in these areas, appointed by the Minister for Employment and Vocational Training as follows, shall attend the Commission without the right to vote:
1° One representative, nominated by the Union nationale des syndicats autonomes (UNSA);
2° One representative, nominated by the Fédération syndicale unitaire (FSU).
IV. – An alternate representative is appointed, under the same conditions as the titular representatives, for each organisation mentioned in II and III.
