When the number of votes cast in the professional and territorial area of competence of a committee is less than twice the number of seats to be filled for this committee, the votes cast at national level in this professional area of competence are taken into account for the allocation of seats.

Lorsque le nombre de suffrages retenus dans le champ de compétence professionnel et territorial d’une commission est inférieur au double du nombre de sièges à pourvoir pour cette commission, sont pris en compte pour l’attribution des sièges les suffrages retenus au niveau national dans ce champ de compétence professionnel.
