Article R2312-29 of the French Labour Code

Where the social and economic committee has referred the matter to the administrative or supervisory body in application of Article L. 2312-65 , this body shall deliberate within one month of the referral.

The extract from the minutes of the deliberations containing the reasoned response to the request for explanation made in application of article L. 2312-66 is sent to the social and economic committee within one month of the meeting of this body.

Lorsque le comité social et économique a saisi l’organe chargé de l’administration ou de la surveillance en application de l’article L. 2312-65 cet organe délibère dans le mois de la saisine.

L’extrait du procès-verbal des délibérations où figure la réponse motivée à la demande d’explication faite en application de l’article L. 2312-66 est adressé au comité social et économique dans le mois qui suit la réunion de cet organe.
