Article R2312-47 of the French Labour Code

The members of the inter-company social and cultural activities committee are appointed for a term equivalent to their term of office on their social and economic committee.

The inter-company committee carries out its functions on the premises and with the equipment and staff of one or more of the social and economic committees represented there.

The provisions of articles L. 2314-10, L. 2314-33, L. 2314-36, L. 2314-37, L. 2315-23, L. 2315-7 to L. 2315-14 and L. 2315-28 to L. 2315-35 are applicable to the inter-company social and cultural activities committee.

Les membres du comité des activités sociales et culturelles interentreprises sont désignés pour une durée équivalente à celle qu’ils tiennent de leur mandat à leur comité social et économique.

Le comité interentreprises exerce ses fonctions dans les locaux et avec le matériel et le personnel de l’un ou de plusieurs des comités sociaux et économiques qui y sont représentés.

Les dispositions des articles L. 2314-10, L. 2314-33, L. 2314-36, L. 2314-37, L. 2315-23, L. 2315-7 à L. 2315-14 et L. 2315-28 à L. 2315-35 sont applicables au comité des activités sociales et culturelles interentreprises.
