The database provided for in article L. 2312-18 enables the information required for the three recurrent consultations provided for in article L. 2312-17 to be made available. All the information in the database helps to give a clear and global view of the formation and distribution of the value created by the company’s activity.
It also includes indicators relating to pay gaps between women and men and to the actions implemented to eliminate them, as mentioned in article L. 1142-8 , as well as, for the companies mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 1142-11, the distribution gaps between women and men among the senior managers defined in article L. 3111-2 and the members of the management bodies defined in article L. 23-12-1 of the Commercial Code.
