Article R2315-23 of the French Labour Code

The documents mentioned in article L. 4711-1 are presented to the Social and Economic Committee at the meeting following their receipt by the employer.

Any member of the committee may request that these documents be sent to them at any time.

The Chairman informs the Committee of the observations of the Labour Inspector, the Labour Medical Inspector and the agents of the prevention services of the social security bodies during the meeting following their intervention.

Les documents mentionnés à l’article L. 4711-1 sont présentés au comité social et économique au cours de la réunion qui suit leur réception par l’employeur.

Chaque membre du comité peut à tout moment demander la transmission de ces documents.

Le président informe le comité des observations de l’inspecteur du travail, du médecin inspecteur du travail et des agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale au cours de la réunion qui suit leur intervention.
