Article R2315-41 of the French Labour Code

The information provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 2315-74 concerns any fact likely to jeopardise the continued operation of the social and economic committee that the statutory auditor identifies when examining the documents provided to him or any fact of which he becomes aware in the course of his work. This information shall be sent without delay to the secretary and chairman of the social and economic committee by any means capable of establishing the date of receipt.

L’information prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2315-74 porte sur tout fait de nature à compromettre la continuité de l’exploitation du comité social et économique que le commissaire aux comptes relève lors de l’examen des documents qui lui sont communiqués ou sur tout fait dont il a connaissance à l’occasion de l’exercice de sa mission. Cette information est adressée sans délai au secrétaire et au président du comité social et économique par tout moyen propre à donner date certaine à sa réception.
