Article R2315-6 of the French Labour Code

The allocation of hours between the members of the staff delegation of the Social and Economic Committee, as provided for in Article L. 2315-9, may not result in any one of them having more than one and a half times, in any one month, the number of delegation hours from which a full member benefits pursuant to Article R. 2314-1.

The full members of the Social and Economic Committee staff delegation concerned inform the employer of the number of hours allocated for each month no later than eight days before the date on which they are due to be used. The employer is informed by means of a written document specifying their identity and the number of hours pooled for each of them.

Article R2315-6

La répartition des heures entre les membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique, prévue à l’article L. 2315-9, ne peut conduire l’un d’eux à disposer, dans le mois, de plus d’une fois et demie le crédit d’heures de délégation dont bénéficie un membre titulaire en application de l’article R. 2314-1.

Les membres titulaires de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique concernés informent l’employeur du nombre d’heures réparties au titre de chaque mois au plus tard huit jours avant la date prévue pour leur utilisation. L’information de l’employeur se fait par un document écrit précisant leur identité ainsi que le nombre d’heures mutualisées pour chacun d’eux.
