Article R232-18 of the French Sports Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article R. 232-11, the Chairman of the Agency may delegate to the Secretary General and the Director of the Control Department, within the limits of their powers, the power to sign all documents relating to the operation of the Agency and the performance of its duties, within the limits that he shall determine.

In matters falling within his remit, the Director of the Controls Department may delegate his signature to agents placed under his hierarchical authority, within the limits that he determines, and designate agents authorised to represent him.

Article R232-18

Sans préjudice des dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article R. 232-11, le président de l’agence peut donner délégation au secrétaire général et au directeur du département des contrôles, dans le respect de leurs attributions, pour signer tous actes relatifs au fonctionnement de l’agence et à l’exercice de ses missions dans les limites qu’il détermine.

Dans les matières relevant de sa compétence, le directeur du département des contrôles peut déléguer sa signature aux agents placés sous son autorité hiérarchique, dans les limites qu’il détermine, et désigner les agents habilités à le représenter.
