Article R232-19 of the French Sports Code

The Secretary General is responsible for the running of the Agency’s departments under the authority of the Chairman. In this capacity, in matters falling within his remit, he may delegate his signature within the limits that he determines and designate the agents authorised to represent him.

The Secretary General may, by delegation from the President, keep the accounts of expenditure commitments under the conditions defined by the accounting and financial regulations.

Article R232-19

Le secrétaire général est chargé du fonctionnement des services de l’agence sous l’autorité du président. A ce titre, dans les matières relevant de sa compétence, il peut déléguer sa signature dans les limites qu’il détermine et désigner les agents habilités à le représenter.

Le secrétaire général peut, par délégation du président, tenir la comptabilité des engagements de dépenses dans les conditions définies par le règlement comptable et financier.
