Article R232-42 of the French Sports Code

In accordance with the annual national testing programme defined by the College, testing operations are initiated by the Director of the Testing Department, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 232-12.

Only the Director of the Testing Department, the employees of this department authorised by the Director and the employees of the General Secretariat of the Agency know the identity of the persons who will be subject to a test or the criteria used to invite them to the tests.

Les opérations de contrôle sont diligentées, dans le respect du programme national annuel de contrôle défini par le collège, par le directeur du département des contrôles, conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 232-12.

Seuls le directeur du département des contrôles, les agents de ce département habilités par le directeur et les agents relevant du secrétariat général de l’agence connaissent l’identité des personnes qui seront soumises à un contrôle ou les critères retenus pour la convocation aux contrôles.
