Reports drawn up in the course of investigations state the nature, date and place of the findings. They are signed by the investigator and the person concerned by the investigations. If the latter refuses, this is noted in the report.
When the investigators take explanations on site, a separate report is drawn up from the visit report. These minutes state that the person interviewed has been informed of his or her right to be assisted by a person of his or her choice and that he or she has waived the time limit provided for when summoned.
When the investigators have heard the person concerned by means of a video or audio conference system, the audiovisual or sound recording to which these operations give rise is the subject of a transcript submitted to the person concerned for signature. This report, together with the recording, shall be sent to the person concerned within one month of the date of the videoconference or audioconference.
When the investigators, in application of article L. 232-18-5, use an assumed identity in order to consult a website offering prohibited products or methods or advice on how to use them, they draw up a report on how the site was consulted and used, the answers obtained and their findings, and attach the pages of the site used to carry out the consultation. This report is sent to the person or entity concerned before the end of the investigation.
