Article R232-92 of the French Sports Code

The person concerned and his/her counsel, accompanied, where applicable, by the person(s) exercising parental authority or the legal representative, shall be summoned to appear before the Sanction Committee of the French Anti-Doping Agency by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by letter delivered against receipt, at least fifteen days before the date of the hearing.

The summons is simultaneously sent to the President of the Agency.

The World Anti-Doping Agency, the international federation and, where applicable, the foreign national anti-doping organisation, as well as the sports federation and professional league concerned, are informed of this summons, of their opportunity to attend the hearing and to present oral observations.

Where the person concerned is registered for a national or international sporting event, the chairman of the panel may reduce the time limit provided for in the first paragraph, with the agreement of the parties.

L’intéressé et son conseil, accompagnés, le cas échéant, de la ou des personnes investies de l’autorité parentale ou du représentant légal, sont convoqués devant la commission des sanctions de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par lettre remise contre récépissé, quinze jours au moins avant la date de l’audience.

La convocation est simultanément adressée au président de l’agence.

L’Agence mondiale antidopage, la fédération internationale et, le cas échéant, l’organisation nationale antidopage étrangère ainsi que la fédération sportive et la ligue professionnelle concernées, sont informées de cette convocation, de leur possibilité d’être présentes à l’audience et d’y présenter des observations orales.

Lorsque l’intéressé est inscrit à une manifestation sportive nationale ou internationale, le président de la formation peut réduire le délai prévu au premier alinéa, avec l’accord des parties.
