Article R2321-5 of the French Public procurement code

For the framework agreements referred to in Article L. 2325-1, the estimated value of the requirement is determined by taking into account the estimated maximum value of all the contracts to be awarded or purchase orders to be issued during the total term of the framework agreement.

Pour les accords-cadres mentionnés à l’article L. 2325-1, la valeur estimée du besoin est déterminée en prenant en compte la valeur maximale estimée de l’ensemble des marchés à passer ou des bons de commande à émettre pendant la durée totale de l’accord-cadre.
