Article R2321-9 of the French Public Health Code

When a director moves from one establishment to another, he or she must apply for approval for the new children’s home he or she intends to run.

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency takes a decision on the basis of the file drawn up for the approval previously granted and after further investigation, if this is deemed useful, whether or not the change takes place within the region.

Lorsqu’un directeur change d’établissement, il doit solliciter son agrément pour la nouvelle maison d’enfants à caractère sanitaire qu’il se propose de diriger.

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé statue au vu du dossier établi pour l’agrément précédemment accordé et après enquête complémentaire, si cela est jugé utile, que le changement ait, ou non, lieu à l’intérieur de la région.
