Article R2322-13 of the French Public Health Code

Establishments must keep for one year :

1° The certificates provided by the women proving that they have complied with the requirements of articles L. 2212-3 to L. 2212-5 ;

2° The document showing the consents provided for in article L. 2212-7 in the case of an unmarried minor.

They must keep the medical certificates provided for in article L. 2213-1 for three years in the case of voluntary termination of pregnancy for therapeutic reasons.

Les établissements doivent conserver pendant un an :

1° Les attestations fournies par les femmes justifiant qu’elles ont satisfait aux prescriptions des articles L. 2212-3 à L. 2212-5 ;

2° Le document faisant état des consentements prévus à l’article L. 2212-7 s’il s’agit d’une mineure célibataire.

Ils doivent conserver pendant trois ans les attestations médicales prévues à l’article L. 2213-1 s’il s’agit d’une interruption volontaire de la grossesse pratiquée pour motif thérapeutique.
