Article R2322-7 of the French Public Health Code

Approval given to the person in charge of medical management may be withdrawn by reasoned decision of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency if the conditions for approval are no longer met or if the provisions of this chapter are disregarded. The person concerned and the operator shall be notified of the withdrawal of approval.

L’agrément donné à la personne chargée de la direction médicale peut être retiré par décision motivée du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé lorsque les conditions d’agrément ne sont plus remplies ou en cas de méconnaissance des dispositions du présent chapitre. Le retrait d’agrément est notifié à l’intéressé et à l’exploitant.
