Article R2324-8 of the French Public Health Code

Nurseries for children with cerebral palsy must comply with the standards for the rehabilitation of children set out in annex XXIV bis of decree no. 56-284 of 9 March 1956 supplementing decree no. 46-1834 of 20 August 1946, as amended, setting the conditions for authorising private health and prevention establishments to provide care for insured persons, both in terms of the staff required for this rehabilitation and the premises allocated to it.

Les pouponnières qui reçoivent des enfants atteints d’infirmité motrice cérébrale doivent pour la réadaptation des enfants être conformes aux normes fixées par l’annexe XXIV bis du décret n° 56-284 du 9 mars 1956 complétant le décret n° 46-1834 du 20 août 1946 modifié fixant les conditions d’autorisation des établissements privés de cure et de prévention pour les soins aux assurés sociaux, tant en ce qui concerne les personnels nécessaires à cette réadaptation qu’en ce qui concerne les locaux affectés à celle-ci.
