Article R2333-120-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The information appearing on a payment notice drawn up in accordance with article R. 2333-120-4 is reproduced, in accordance with the procedures that it determines, by the entity responsible for issuing them. They are kept for three years.

The obligations provided for in the previous paragraph are incumbent on the authority to which the sworn official reports as regards dematerialised payment notices produced by the technical payment device provided for in II of Article L. 2333-87. This authority ensures that the technical payment system guarantees the reliability and security of transactions and information exchanged with its user at all times.

Les renseignements figurant sur un avis de paiement établi conformément à l’article R. 2333-120-4 sont reproduits, suivant des modalités qu’elle détermine, par l’entité chargée de leur délivrance. Ils sont conservés pendant trois ans.

Les obligations prévues à l’alinéa précédent incombent à l’autorité dont relève l’agent assermenté pour ce qui concerne les avis de paiement dématérialisés produits par le dispositif technique de paiement prévu au II de l’article L. 2333-87. Cette autorité s’assure que le dispositif technique de paiement garantit en permanence la fiabilité et la sécurité des transactions et des informations échangées avec son utilisateur.
