Article R2334-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale is the authorising officer for the revenue and expenditure corresponding to the second portion of the special allocation provided for in article L. 2334-27.

These operations are recorded in a budget annexed to the main budget of the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale.

Le président du conseil d’administration du Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale est ordonnateur des recettes et des dépenses correspondant à la seconde part de la dotation spéciale prévue à l’article L. 2334-27.
