Article R2334-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Allowances are paid without prior authorisation. A regularisation order shall be drawn up monthly by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale on the basis of a summary statement showing the number of beneficiaries and the total amount of funds paid.

A statement of payments made per agent shall be drawn up every year under the same conditions.

Le paiement des indemnités se fait sans mandatement préalable. Un mandat de régularisation est établi mensuellement par le président du conseil d’administration du Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale au vu d’un état récapitulatif indiquant le nombre de bénéficiaires et le montant total des fonds versés.

Il est établi tous les ans dans les mêmes conditions un relevé des paiements effectués par agent.
