Tenderers must submit their tenders in a single transmission by any means that allows the date and time of receipt to be determined with certainty and guarantees confidentiality. If several tenders are successively submitted by the same tenderer, only the last tender received by the purchaser within the deadline set for the submission of tenders will be opened.
