Article R2362-17 of the French Labour Code

The information provided, pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article L. 229-3 of the Commercial Code, by the company, subsidiary or establishment concerned by the merger to certify that the arrangements for employee involvement have been determined in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2361-1 to L. 2362-8, L. 2362-10 to L. 2363-6, L. 2363-8 to L. 2363-11 and L. 2364-1, shall be forwarded to the Labour Inspectorate.

Les éléments fournis, en application du quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 229-3 du code de commerce, par la société, la filiale ou l’établissement concernés par la fusion pour attester que les modalités relatives à l’implication des salariés ont été fixées conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2361-1 à L. 2362-8, L. 2362-10 à L. 2363-6, L. 2363-8 à L. 2363-11 et L. 2364-1, sont transmis à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail.
