Article R2391-18 of the French Public procurement code

When the decision to authorise the insertion of a deferred payment clause in a contract has been taken in application of article L. 2391-5, the provisions of sections 1 and 2 of this chapter as well as article R. 2191-27 and the first paragraph of article R. 2191-28 do not apply.

Lorsque la décision d’autoriser l’insertion dans un marché d’une clause de paiement différé a été prise en application de l’article L. 2391-5, les dispositions des sections 1 et 2 du présent chapitre ainsi que l’article R. 2191-27 et le premier alinéa de l’article R. 2191-28 ne sont pas applicables.
