Article R241-18 of the French Sports Code

The person concerned and, where applicable, his or her counsel may consult the entire file at the Agency’s secretariat. They may obtain a copy.

The member of the Board or the agent appointed in application of the last paragraph of Article R. 232-11, who has access to all the documents in the file, receives a copy of the written observations of the person concerned on the objections that have been notified to him from the secretariat of the Commission and may respond in writing. The reply is communicated to the respondent.

L’intéressé et, le cas échéant, son conseil peuvent consulter au secrétariat de l’agence l’intégralité du dossier. Ils peuvent en obtenir copie.

Le membre du collège ou l’agent désigné en application du dernier alinéa de l’article R. 232-11, qui a accès à l’ensemble des pièces du dossier, reçoit, de la part du secrétariat de la commission, une copie des observations écrites de l’intéressé sur les griefs qui lui ont été notifiés et peut y répondre par écrit. La réponse est communiquée à la personne mise en cause.
