The person concerned and his or her counsel, where applicable, the person(s) exercising parental authority or the legal representative, as well as the representative of the Agency’s College, may submit written or oral observations to the Enforcement Committee and request that persons of their choice be heard, under the conditions provided for in Article R. 232-93.
The Enforcement Committee may also hold any hearings and consultations it deems useful, in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 232-93.
The travel expenses of persons whose hearings are ordered under the conditions provided for in the previous paragraph are paid by the Agency.
