Article R241-22-1 of the French Sports Code

To take account of geographical distance or professional or medical constraints, the chairman of the panel called upon to reach a decision may decide, with the agreement of the person subject to the disciplinary procedure, that the deliberations will be organised by means of an audiovisual conference. The rules of procedure of the Sanction Committee shall determine the procedures for identifying the parties, hearing third parties and ensuring the confidentiality of the proceedings.

Pour tenir compte de l’éloignement géographique ou de contraintes professionnelles ou médicales, le président de la formation appelée à se prononcer peut décider, avec l’accord de la personne faisant l’objet de la procédure disciplinaire, qu’une délibération sera organisée au moyen d’une conférence audiovisuelle. Le règlement intérieur de la commission des sanctions détermine les modalités permettant l’identification des parties, l’audition de tiers et le respect de la confidentialité des débats.
