Article R241-24 of the French Sports Code

The panel shall reach its decision by reasoned decision.

The decision is signed by the chairman of the panel. It is notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by letter delivered against receipt, to the interested party, the sports federation concerned, the president of the Agency and the Ministry of Sport as well as, by any means, to the international federation concerned.

The Sanction Committee’s decisions are made public. The Sanction Committee may decide to have the decision published in the Journal officiel de la République française, the official bulletin of the ministry responsible for sport or agriculture or the bulletin of the sports federation concerned. This publication is nominative for adults and anonymous for minors. However, in the case of adults, this publication may, in exceptional circumstances, be made anonymously by a specially reasoned decision of the Sanction Committee.

La formation statue par décision motivée.

La décision est signée par le président de la formation. Elle est notifiée par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par lettre remise contre récépissé, à l’intéressé, à la fédération sportive concernée, au président de l’agence et au ministère chargé des sports ainsi que, par tout moyen, à la fédération internationale concernée.

Les décisions de la commission des sanctions sont rendues publiques. La commission des sanctions peut décider de faire publier la décision au Journal officiel de la République française, au bulletin officiel du ministère chargé des sports ou de l’agriculture ou au bulletin de la fédération sportive concernée. Cette publication s’effectue de manière nominative pour les majeurs, de manière anonyme pour les mineurs. Toutefois, pour les personnes majeures, cette publication pourra, en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, être effectuée sous forme anonyme par décision spécialement motivée de la commission des sanctions.
