Article R241-6 of the French Sports Code

The samples and examinations referred to in article R. 241-5 must, on pain of nullity, be taken under the following conditions:

1° The materials required to collect the substances mentioned in article R. 241-5 must be supplied by the laboratory responsible for carrying out the analysis;

2° Each sample referred to in Article R. 241-5 must be distributed by the approved veterinarian in sufficient quantities in two sealed containers bearing an identification label with a code number. The person or persons mentioned in 1° of article R. 241-4 are invited to attend the operations provided for in 2° of the same article.

Article R241-6

Les prélèvements et examens mentionnés à l’article R. 241-5 doivent, à peine de nullité, être faits dans les conditions suivantes :

1° Les matériels nécessaires pour recueillir les substances mentionnées à l’article R. 241-5 doivent être fournis par le laboratoire chargé de réaliser l’analyse ;

2° Chaque prélèvement mentionné à l’article R. 241-5 est réparti par le vétérinaire agréé en quantité suffisante dans deux conditionnements scellés qui comportent un étiquetage d’identification portant un numéro de code. La ou les personnes mentionnées au 1° de l’article R. 241-4 sont invitées à assister aux opérations prévues au 2° du même article.
