Article R2431-18 of the French Public procurement code

The purpose of the assistance provided to the project owner during the acceptance operations and during the period of the guarantee of perfect completion is:
1° To organise the operations prior to acceptance of the works;
2° To monitor the reservations made during acceptance of the works until they are lifted;
3° To examine the problems reported by the project owner;
4° To compile the file of the works carried out, which is necessary for their use.

L’assistance apportée au maître d’ouvrage lors des opérations de réception et pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement a pour objet :
1° D’organiser les opérations préalables à la réception des travaux ;
2° D’assurer le suivi des réserves formulées lors de la réception des travaux jusqu’à leur levée ;
3° De procéder à l’examen des désordres signalés par le maître d’ouvrage ;
4° De constituer le dossier des ouvrages exécutés nécessaires à leur exploitation.
