I.-Chapter I of Title IV of Book I of this Part is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, as amended by Decrees no. 2006-1660 of 22 December 2006, no. 2008-588 of 19 June 2008, no. 2012-360 of 14 March 2012, no. 2016-273 of 4 March 2016, no. 2016-1537 of 16 November 2016 and no. 2017-631 of 25 April 2017, with the exception of articles R. 2141-3, R. 2141-4, R. 2141-7, R. 2141-12, R. 2141-13, R. 2141-21, R. 2141-22, R. 2141-33 to R. 2141-35, and subject to the adaptations provided for in II.
II.-A.-In articles R. 2141-1-2, R. 2141-1-4, R. 2141-1-8, R. 2141-14, R. 2141-25 and R. 2141-26, the reference to establishments or medical biology analysis laboratories or health cooperation groups is replaced by the reference to organisations.
B.-In articles R. 2141-1-6 and R. 2141-1-9, the reference to establishments or laboratories or organisations or health cooperation groups authorised to carry out clinical or biological activities for medically assisted procreation in application of article L. 2142-1 is replaced by the reference to organisations authorised for this purpose by the regulations applicable locally.
C.-In articles R. 2141-2, R. 2141-5, R. 2141-9, R. 2141-10, R. 2141-18 and R. 2141-20, the reference to a medically assisted procreation centre or an authorised centre or centre is replaced by a reference to a combination of clinical and biological authorisations for medically assisted procreation; the reference to a medically assisted procreation centre in the first paragraph of article R. 2141-3 or centre for medically assisted procreation appearing in article R. 2142-7 is replaced by the reference to the combination of clinical and biological authorisations for medically assisted procreation.
D.-In article R. 2141-1-8, the second sentence of the fourth paragraph is deleted;
E.-In articles R. 2141-17 and R. 2141-18, the words: “by the order provided for in articles R. 2142-24 and R. 2142-27” and, in article R. 2141-29, the reference to article R. 2142-27 are replaced respectively by the words: “by the regulations applicable locally. “
