Make An Appointment

Article R2511-10 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When a programme of new housing or a housing development is located within the territorial jurisdiction of several arrondissement councils, the allocation of housing between the arrondissements or groups of arrondissements is made by the mayor of the commune after consulting the arrondissement mayors.

The provisions laid down in articles R. 2511-8 and R. 2511-9 then apply for each arrondissement or group of arrondissements.

Lorsqu’un programme de logements neufs ou un ensemble immobilier est situé dans le ressort territorial de plusieurs conseils d’arrondissement, la répartition des logements entre les arrondissements ou groupes d’arrondissements est faite par le maire de la commune après avis des maires d’arrondissement.

Les dispositions prévues aux articles R. 2511-8 et R. 2511-9 s’appliquent ensuite pour chaque arrondissement ou groupe d’arrondissements.
